Pinot Noir

Our Pinot Noir grapes are sourced from various vineyards throughout the country and produce a medium-bodied red that is rich, but not too heavy, and has a velvety texture like liquid silk gently caressing the palate.  Pairs well with shellfish, foul, such as duck or goose, filet mignon, and cheeses, such as creamy blue, parmesan, and creamy brie.

Note: Unfortunately the Pinot Noir is currently unavailable but we should have our 2012 batch ready this summer.
